Jinpei mourns in Jun's empty shop while Nambu studies Jigokiller plants. These plants operate in the sewers, causing damage. Ken refuses to move out due to remorse over abandoning Jun. Red Impulse urges him to find her body. Ken's bracelet signals a location, prompting the Science Ninja Team to mobilize despite potential traps. They locate the signal in a Willy City subterranean base, ideal for the plants that thrive in darkness and water. The team breaks in and rescues a bound Jun. Meanwhile, Nambu finds his blood withers the plants, revealing they cannot withstand the Y-chromosome found in men. He gives Red Impulse a special Y-chromosome bomb. Red Impulse drops it, causing a Y-chromosome rain that withers all Jigokiller plants, ending the crisis.
