Kanade Maki intends to replace the Miyabigaoka Student Council’s Maid Latte with a butler cafe. Disguised, Misaki and Subaru enter male-only footman auditions to demonstrate the staff's capabilities. Subaru is disqualified after her gender is revealed. Misaki learns that Kanou, Yukimura, Aoi, and Takumi are also competing. Aoi is disqualified for being underage. Tora suggests Takumi and Misaki can continue as a team if they prove eligibility. Misaki passes the gender verification by tricking the judges into believing she is male. The pair advances to the next round.
