Keima confronts Diana while Kanon faces a stalker and Apollo's dangerous revelation

Keima recounts capturing fourteen girls and two unique individuals since the previous season. Kanon studies for exams but converses with her split personality, Apollo, who claims divinity. Keima meets Tenri and her inner goddess, Diana, who demands he marry Tenri to boost her powers, a request he denies. Diana identifies herself as a Jupiter Sister who aided New Demons against the Weiss, sacrificing herself before escaping ten years ago. She asks Keima to locate her sisters hidden within his past conquests, who retain their memories. Meanwhile, Kanon is stalked by a mysterious figure. During a test, she runs into Keima, confessing her love and memories, shocking her classmates. Keima realizes a goddess resides within Kanon and removes her from the crowd. Apollo takes control and flees, believing Keima is harmless. While hiding, Apollo is stabbed by the stalker, who is revealed to be Lune of Vintage.

Keima investigates five suspects to heal Kanon using ancient Weiss magic before Vintage strikes.

Apollo warns her sisters to trust no one before dying from her wounds. Lune tries to kill Apollo but is stopped by Nikaidō. Keima, Diana, Elsie, and Haqua take Apollo to the Katsuragi household, where they find an ancient Weiss magic dagger. They learn Vintage, a demon group, wants to resurrect the Weiss. Kanon has one week to live, so Keima must find four other goddesses to heal her before Vintage captures them. Elsie disguises herself as Kanon, and Keima tricks his mother into going to South America. Keima partners with Haqua, who is disguised as Elsie. He uses a rumor about Kanon’s confession to test his former conquests, who will show jealousy if they remember loving him. Keima narrows suspects to Ayumi, Chihiro, Shiori, and Tsukiyo Kujyo. Yui Goido surprises Keima by confessing her love, leading Shiori and Haqua to mistake cross-dressing Yui for a boy. Keima must make these five suspects fall in love with him again to fuel the goddesses' powers and identify the hosts.

Keima manages timed dates with multiple girls while Haqua assists and new orders arrive.

Keima attempts to spend one hour with each girl to increase their affection, aided by Haqua to prevent encounters. He succeeds with Tsukiyo on a bus, but early band practice by the 2B-Pencils disrupts plans, leaving Haqua with Chihiro. Consequently, Keima misses Yui and proceeds to walk home with Ayumi and Miyako. When Haqua and Chihiro head in the same direction, Keima takes the girls into a mall. After ensuring Chihiro is occupied, he tells Ayumi he will not give up on her. He later visits a music store to praise a song written by Chihiro. At the library, Keima finds a story Shiori wrote about their conquest with reversed roles, where his character dies due to rumors involving Kanon. Shiori spots him reading, and Keima adds to the story to convey their feelings. Outside, Yui follows him and hits on him, asking him to crossdress despite knowing his reputation. The next day, Nora arrives with orders for spirit hunters to find goddesses from Heaven. Suspicious, Keima has Haqua gather more information from Nora while he continues his conquests.

Keima confronts Tsukiyo and Vulcanus while Nora reveals the infiltration plot to Haqua.

Keima visits the library to read Shiori’s story under surveillance. Nora confronts Haqua about Kanon. Keima encounters Luna, who is revealed to be Vulcanus, warning him away from Tsukiyo. He approaches Tsukiyo to hide Vulcanus, unaware she controls objects. Both Tsukiyo and Vulcanus are angry about his infidelity, but he reminds Tsukiyo of their promise. She kisses him due to pity for his injury, causing her to grow wings. Nora informs Haqua that Vintage has infiltrated spirit hunters and the search for goddesses is a trap. Diana and Vulcanus combine powers to remove a cursed dagger, while Apollo liquefies Kanon’s body for preservation. Haqua confesses feelings for Keima but is interrupted by Diana. Diana is jealous that Vulcanus regained wings while she has not, despite Tenri loving Keima longer. Keima calms her, leading Diana to realize her hatred blocks her power restoration. She attempts acceptance, and Diana’s wings appear as Tenri leaves.

Keima dates Yui to awaken Mars while facing a kidnapping plot by Haqua.

Keima sends Tsukiyo home and warns Vulcanus to remain hidden while he searches for other goddesses. Yui visits Keima’s home to ask him out, prompting him to explain to Haqua that he must conquer Yui before Vintage discovers her goddess status. The following day, Keima crossdresses as a girl, which piques Yui’s interest and helps awaken her past memories, all while Shiori unknowingly observes them. After Keima asks her on a date, the goddess Mars awakens within Yui. During their amusement park date, Keima is kidnapped by a Vintage agent. Yui’s love for Keima restores Mars’ powers, allowing her to defeat the agent, who is revealed to be Haqua acting as part of Keima’s plan. Yui kisses Keima, restoring Mars’ wings. Keima and Haqua return home, only to encounter one of Elsie’s live ingredients, while Nikaidō watches over them during dinner.

Shiori Writes Her Story with Keima's Help at the Library

Shiori struggles to complete her novel for the Mai High Festival due to feelings for Keima. After encountering a young girl who is her goddess and meeting a crossdressing Keima at a ramen shop, she expresses her desire to write a story about him. Keima advises Haqua that Shiori’s confidence has improved, yet she faces writer’s block the next day. Keima stays with her in the library, where he encourages her to write about herself after they are locked inside. Realizing Keima kissed her during their confinement, Shiori begins writing. The next morning, he reads her story, which ends with a declaration of love. Goddess Minerva reveals herself involuntarily, reverts to Shiori, and grows wings after Keima kisses her cheek. Minerva introduces herself to Shiori, who feels she has found her voice and is eager to finish her novel.

Keima feigns illness to manage visits from Ayumi and Chihiro while Ryo watches.

Keima contracts a cold, prompting Ryo, Nora’s partner, to monitor him. With two targets remaining, Keima manipulates the situation by calling Ayumi to visit while discouraging Chihiro, ensuring they do not arrive simultaneously. Ayumi stays to nurse him, but Ryo inadvertently allows Chihiro to enter. Keima conceals Ayumi under his bed as Chihiro tends to him, attempting to balance their affections. After Chihiro sings and departs, Keima attempts to reassure an upset Ayumi. However, Chihiro returns to confess her feelings, which Keima feigns not to hear. Ayumi later contacts Chihiro, revealing she heard the confession and offers her support. Confused by Ayumi’s sudden lack of anger, Keima watches her leave after advising him to treat Chihiro kindly.

Haqua’s Arrest and Keima’s Ritual to Awaken Apollo

In New Hell, Haqua questions Dokuro Skull about Vintage infiltration, only to be arrested by Public Safety after learning the high command is compromised. On Earth, Keima gathers awakened goddesses to reverse a spell on Kanon and awaken Apollo. During the ritual, Keima enters Apollo’s realm, where she explains she must contain Weiss power for three more days. Kanon and Apollo grow wings before Keima returns. Meanwhile, Majima High prepares for a festival. Ayumi joins a pageant, and Chihiro invites Keima on a date. Suspecting Chihiro has a goddess, Keima seeks a private spot to kiss her, and she agrees to find a secluded location. Back in New Hell, Lune investigates further details regarding Haqua’s situation.

Keima's Deception and the Discovery of the Vintage Lair at Point Rock

Chihiro and Keima share a romantic moment on the rooftop, but she reveals she has no goddess, prompting Keima to realize she is human. After she confesses her long-standing love, he lies, claiming he only dated her for revenge to prioritize conquering Ayumi. Heartbroken, Chihiro flees, and an angry Ayumi, who witnessed the interaction, attacks Keima before crying while her goddess scolds her. Depressed at home, Keima is cheered up by Tenri. The next day, during the Mai High Festival, Keima learns the event predates the Academy and notices its emblem resembles a goddess. Investigating a sealed underground tunnel, he and Elsie travel to Point Rock, where they discover a Vintage lair raising Weiss in eggs. Despite this revelation, Keima chooses not to intervene, deciding the conflict is not his battle, and continues his pursuit of Ayumi while being observed by Akari Kurakawa and Nikaidō.

Ayumi remains hostile toward Keima, who serves as the 2-B Class Cafe barista, while Chihiro’s presence complicates their interactions. Lune directs Vintage to target Keima’s past conquests, leading to the capture of Keima, Ayumi, and Chihiro by Vintage agents in the forest. Haqua rescues them after Dokuro Skull releases her to prevent Vintage from killing her, instructing Haqua to assist Keima. They deceive Ayumi and Chihiro by claiming the incident involved the Special Effect Film Society. Haqua informs Keima that Vintage captured his past conquests to locate the Goddesses. Keima, Diana, and Haqua deduce that Vintage intends to release the Weiss on Earth by killing the Goddesses at Point Rock to open a gate from New Hell. To counter this, Keima decides he must awaken Mercurius within Ayumi so the combined power of the Goddesses can stop Vintage. He proceeds to Ayumi’s home accompanied by Haqua and Chihiro, who overheard the plan.

Keima meets Ayumi at Kozue River while Haqua explains his strategy to Chihiro. Vintage interrupts their date, prompting Chihiro to suggest staying at Miyako's home. Chihiro reveals Keima's plans to Ayumi, who slaps him and leaves. Akari and Nikaidō decide to trust Keima after failing to protect the Goddesses. Chihiro admits she told Ayumi the truth so Keima would love her genuinely. Ayumi tests Keima by asking him to marry her in front of her parents. He agrees, but she rejects his confessions as unsatisfactory and runs to the harbor. Nora watches Ayumi while Ryō places decoys. Keima and Chihiro head to the harbor as Haqua defends them against Lune.

En route to Ayumi, Chihiro reveals Keima’s hidden motives, prompting him to confess his lack of love. Ayumi rejects his manipulation, kisses him, and awakens Mercurius. Diana intervenes to save Mercurius as Akari’s hunters defeat Vintage at Point Rock. Keima and Chihiro retrieve her guitar, exchanging lies about their feelings before parting. During the concert, 2B Pencils and Kanon perform Chihiro’s song while Keima watches. The Goddesses reveal their wings only to Chihiro. Keima cries on the roof, apologizing for his actions. In the epilogue, Mari returns from South America after Vintage’s capture and the thwarted Weiss resurrection. Haqua resumes her spirit hunter role, and Nora becomes Head Section Chief due to Keima’s deal. Keima’s life normalizes, but his emotions remain altered by his experiences with Chihiro.
