Ep. 6: Nanami meets a young tengu while Himemiko advises her to cherish her time with Tomoe.

Ookuninushi thanks Nanami for attending the Divine Assembly but states that humans and yokai cannot have relationships. Discouraged, Nanami asks Tomoe and Mizuki to return to the shrine alone. She then spends time with Himemiko of the Swamp, who advises Nanami to enjoy her life with Tomoe because humans live shorter lives than yokai. Meanwhile, Kirihito is visited by the yokai Yatori, who wishes to serve him in reviving Akura-Ou. On the way home, Nanami and Tomoe encounter Botanmaru, a child crow tengu unable to fly. Tomoe is unkind to him, but Nanami helps. Botanmaru explains that his friend Shinjuurou left Mount Kurama young after failing to learn flight. Nanami realizes Botanmaru meant Shinjuurou Kurama after seeing a concert advertisement. She takes Botanmaru to the concert, where Kurama debuts a new album cover.
