Ep. 2: Chizuru and Kazuya agree to a fake dating arrangement to satisfy his grandmother's expectations.

After an awkward encounter, Chizuru and Kazuya discover they are neighbors. Kazuya’s grandmother announces a visit, prompting him to ask Chizuru for help, which she initially refuses. Upon hearing their conversation, Chizuru intervenes and agrees to pose as Kazuya’s girlfriend for one hour every Wednesday during these visits. A week later, Kazuya reunites with his ex-girlfriend Mami. He then accompanies Chizuru to meet his grandmother, and they walk home together, where they are spotted by Kazuya’s friends. When Kazuya claims they are dating, they are invited to a drinking session. At the gathering, Mami belittles Kazuya, but Chizuru defends him, leading Kazuya to stand up for her. After the session ends, Mami approaches Kazuya alone and asks if he wants to go to her place.
