Ep. 13: Erin and Joh-on observe a mother Ohju defending her young from a Tohda attack

While descending a steep cliff, Joh-on slips and lands on a narrow ledge, sustaining injuries. Erin discovers him and chooses to remain by his side until morning arrives. During their time on the ledge, the pair witnesses a wild Tohda preparing to consume a baby Ohju. Suddenly, the mother Ohju intervenes, flying into action to protect her offspring. She successfully drives off the predator and eats the Tohda, thereby saving her child from being devoured.
