Ep. 7: Domon pursues fugitive fighter Chico Rodriguez in Neo Mexico to secure a battle

Domon travels to Neo Mexico to confront Gundam Fighter Chico Rodriguez, only to discover he is a fugitive evading local authorities. Chico is fleeing with his terminally ill sister, who wishes to remain on Earth. Because losing the match would force them back to the space colonies, Chico refuses to fight. Domon assists him in escaping the police, after which Chico agrees to the duel. During the battle, Domon destroys Chico’s Gundam, appearing to kill him. This outcome is a ruse designed to deceive the authorities into believing Chico died. Chico survives by swimming to shore, allowing him and his sister to leave and live peacefully for the rest of her life.
