Ep. 3: Noa joins SV2 and faces hangar improvisation while mechanics cause a grounding incident.

Noa begins her life at SV2, where her initiation requires manually loading her Patlabor onto the carrier, a task she nearly fails. Because the unit’s hangar is located on a vacant lot in a remote reclaimed area, the crew must improvise their food supply by fishing, raising chickens, growing tomatoes, and weeding. During a fishing trip, the mechanics accidentally run the police speedboat aground. Ohta attempts to free it but ends up sinking his Labor instead. Noa must retrieve both vehicles while Sakaki, the head mechanic, returns unexpectedly and is likely to be furious about the damage. Consequently, Division 2 must create diversions to stall Sakaki until the situation is resolved.
