The Axis powers' attempt to destroy the colony is thwarted, resulting in the death of Gotton. Meanwhile, Cecilia realizes that the suitcase she carried onto the civilian transport ship Cassiopeia contains an explosive device. To prevent the destruction of the vessel and ensure the safety of the passengers, she chooses to sacrifice her own life. This act of selflessness occurs as she confronts the deadly nature of the package she had unknowingly transported, ultimately saving the ship from the planned attack.
