Ep. 17: The Argama departs La Vie en Rose, receives new cannon, and Judau deserts to rescue Leina from Axis.
The Argama separates from La Vie en Rose and acquires a new cannon to attack the Neo Zeon base at Axis. Judau fears for Leina’s safety but is reassured by his friends. Gottn seeks new tactics while Chara manipulates Judau’s fears to kidnap Shinta using the ZZ’s core top. Judau and Iino pilot core fighters, while Elle and Roux launch the Mk II and Zeta to rescue Shinta and recapture Chara. Their launch triggers a Gottn counterattack. Judau and Iino dock to form the ZZ, trapping Chara and repelling the enemy. However, a hidden Qubeley Mk II appears, led by Haman Karn, and dominates the battle with funnels. Bright fires the new cannon to stop her, but the shot misses the Qubeley and destroys an abandoned colony. Shocked by the destruction and terrified for Leina, Judau deserts the Argama to launch a solo rescue mission at Axis.
