Ep. 2: ZAFT Steals Four G Project Suits, Leaving Only the Strike for Kira to Defend Heliopolis

ZAFT successfully captures four of the five G Project prototype mobile suits, leaving only the GAT-X105 Strike behind. Because Murrue Ramius cannot pilot the unit effectively, Kira takes control of the Strike to defend Heliopolis against the invading ZAFT forces and protect his friends. Meanwhile, Ensign Natarle Badgiruel assumes command of the new mobile assault ship Archangel alongside the surviving crew members. This sequence of events marks a critical turning point as the remaining prototype becomes the primary defense for the colony during the attack.
