Captain Otto struggles with orders from headquarters, while Daguza views the mission as a rescue for Banagher. A Federation spy warns Banagher of a surprise attack, horrifying him that Palau will become a battlefield. Meanwhile, Micott learns Riddhe plans to help Mineva escape to Earth after getting to know her. Understanding Mineva's resolve, Micott allows them to leave.
