Ep. 23: Tanjiro and Nezuko depart for Butterfly Manor after proving their worth to the Hashira.

Tanjiro breaks free from Obanai’s restraint to reach Nezuko, who resists her instincts and proves her humanity to the Master. Sanemi halts his attack, allowing the siblings to receive orders to defeat demons. They travel to the Kocho mansion, where Tanjiro is restrained by Muichirō before being reminded of Tamayo’s existence. At the manor, Kanao and a Kocho girl guide them to the infirmary. There, Zenitsu laments his injuries while Inosuke apologizes for his weakness. Nezuko rests in her box as Tanjiro reaffirms his promise to cure her. Meanwhile, the Hashira discuss the Corps’ recruitment struggles and the declining quality of new members. The Master deduces that Kibutsuji is hiding elsewhere due to Rui’s actions and vows to defeat the progenitor.
