Ep. 3: Iska Meets Alice in the Neutral City Amidst an Attack by Founder Nebulis

Iska learns from the Octet that they want him to capture the Ice Calamity Witch. He asks Mismis to accompany him to the neutral city, and she agrees. At the palace, Alice receives a dossier on Iska from Rin and decides to visit the neutral city herself. The group reunites there, where Iska explains his past actions regarding the witch. Alice then asks Iska to defect from the Empire. Before he can answer, Founder Nebulis attacks them. Rin is injured during the fight, and Mismis takes her to the hospital. Iska and Alice team up to defeat the Founder. Afterward, Iska declines Alice's request, and they agree to a temporary truce for the rest of the day.
