In Jurak, the 907th Unit plays slots while Alice and Rin arrive. Alice wins big and shares with Nene. Alice and Iska visit a fortune teller, receiving identical predictions. Risya alerts the 907th Unit to a vortex in Myudol valley. At the palace, Rin informs Alice that Empire troops are deployed there and the Zoa family delayed reporting to her mother. They confront Lord Mask about the delay. At Myudol valley, troops encounter Nameless, a Saint Disciple. The 907th Unit learns a squad is missing during the search. Nameless refuses to send a rescue team. Iska attempts to speak with Nameless, but Mismis intervenes. That night, Alice heads to Myudol valley alone. Lord Mask approaches Kissing Zoa Nebulis IX.
