Tsubasa overcomes a cultist despite suffering a stab wound, but soon begins transforming into a Handler. Juri arrives in time to expel his Specter, halting the process and leaving Tsubasa motionless. Takafumi complains about being rescued, insisting he was acting as a spy. Meanwhile, Majima’s partner Sako kidnaps Makoto. Majima then approaches Juri, requesting that she use her power on the Handler. Juri agrees to assist, even though she disapproves of the situation and her own actions.
