During his final sermon, Sagawa informs his followers that he has mastered the power of the Handlers. He transforms into a Handler, distinguishing himself from others by retaining full bodily control while wielding these abilities. Sagawa proceeds to kill his disciples, prompting one of them to attempt an attack on Tsubasa. Juri arrives in time to expel the Specter threatening Tsubasa. Sagawa then targets Juri, but Grandfather intervenes by teleporting her away from the immediate danger. This sequence highlights Sagawa's unique control over his new form and the escalating conflict between him, his former followers, and the protagonists.
