Najimi employs questionable methods to boost festival attendance but is caught and must issue refunds. Komi, Tadano, and Najimi visit a haunted house and the rooftop before Najimi is taken by the meditation club. Komi and Tadano spend time with Onemine and Otori exploring stalls. Although Komi’s class wins the festival, Najimi’s actions prevent them from receiving the grand prize. At the dance party, Komi wants to dance with Tadano, who nervously attempts to lead while Najimi enthusiastically joins them. Later, the group visits a karaoke bar where Komi receives praise for her singing despite her nervousness. Tadano is largely ignored until Komi’s support motivates him to finish. Komi reflects on her friendships at home.
