Ep. 3: Keita and Kuro unite against teacher Tsubota after he is revealed as a Tribal End agent
Keita struggles with new issues regarding Synchro following the Contract with Kuro, feeling his life has fundamentally changed. He discovers his teacher, Tsubota, is a covert Tribal End agent, confirming Kuro’s previous assertions. Initially, Tsubota gains the upper hand against Kuro due to synchronization problems. However, Kuro eventually incapacitates him through proper synchronization, activating her Exceed abilities. Keita and Kuro then team up to defeat Tsubota. The pair escapes from the school, leaving the unconscious teacher behind after Kuro successfully neutralizes the threat. This alliance marks a shift in Keita’s perspective, as he acknowledges Kuro was correct about the nature of their situation and the dangers posed by Tsubota’s true allegiance.
