Seirin mentally prepares for the Winter Cup grand final while Kagami and Tatsuya finally reconcile. Previous opponents, including the Generation of Miracles, attend to watch. In the third-place decider, Kise sits out as Shutoku defeats Kaijo 96 to 54. Rakuzan and Seirin warm up, with Akashi predicting a Rakuzan victory. Furihata presents Kuroko with a wristband containing the team's thoughts. The game begins with Kagami taking the tip off. Although Kuroko fumbles a pass, Kagami scores the first goal with an impossible jump and enters "the zone."
