Kuroko asks Momo for assistance, who provides Daiki's basketball shoes from the brand Kagami prefers. Daiki agrees to let Kagami have them only if he wins a one-on-one battle, which Kagami loses quickly. Accepting the defeat, Kagami takes the shoes reluctantly, stating their rivalry is not over. He and Kuroko then hurry to the Winter Cup venue to watch the first semi-final match between Rakuzan and Shuutoku.
