London is terrified by Jack the Ripper, prompting Sebastian to suspect the Viscount of Druitt based on Undertaker’s information. Madame Red devises a plan for Sebastian, Ciel, and Lau to attend a ball, with Ciel disguised as a young niece and Sebastian as his tutor. They must avoid Elizabeth to maintain their cover. Ciel flirts with the Viscount to uncover his plans while Sebastian distracts guests as a magician. Ciel is later kidnapped and sold at an underground auction. When the Viscount attempts to inspect Ciel’s eyes, Ciel summons Sebastian. The lights flicker, and Sebastian rescues Ciel just as police arrive, returning him safely home.
