Ep. 6: Sebastian defeats Grell at the funeral while Ciel honors Madame Red and Mary Kelly.

Sebastian uses his tailcoat to jam Grell’s chainsaw scythe, forcing hand-to-hand combat where he ultimately wins. He prepares to finish Grell with the death scythe but is interrupted by William T. Spears, the Grim Reaper administrator. Spears takes the defeated Grell back to headquarters, officially ending Jack the Ripper’s reign of terror. The following day, Sebastian and Ciel attend Madame Red’s funeral. She lies in a white gown, but Ciel brings a red dress, stating white is not her color, and drapes the gown over her corpse as red rose petals drift through the chapel. Afterward, they visit Mary Kelly’s tombstone. Undertaker praises Ciel for providing a grave, but Ciel notes he could have saved her or Angelina had he cared, though he regrets nothing now that Jack is gone. Undertaker mocks Ciel’s duty to the Queen but invites him to his shop. Sebastian observes that Ciel’s hesitation to kill a relative who tried to kill him shows weakness. Ciel deflects, claiming Sebastian’s job is to protect his life, and orders the butler never to betray or leave him, which Sebastian agrees to.
