Ep. 4: Ciel and Sebastian investigate a train kidnapping involving a mummy, a bomb, and a broken bridge.

Ciel and Sebastian board a train carrying a valuable mummy in a sarcophagus for a kidnapping ransom case. A policeman resembling Fred Aberline causes panic by claiming a murderer is on board, then reveals himself as Aberline's twin brother in the dining car, though Ciel does not remember him. Ciel identifies a station porter with hand scratches as the kidnapper, who flees to the caboose lounge car, disconnects the cable, and demands money from a nobleman whose son is held hostage. Sebastian intervenes but learns the kidnapper planted a bomb that detonates upon stopping, forcing him to chase the train. Ciel finds the boy in the sarcophagus but is taken hostage by the murderer, who demands the train stop. The group learns the train cannot stop due to the bomb and is heading toward a broken bridge, with a potential cholera outbreak. Strange passengers offer help, but Sebastian refuses, eliminating the murderer, removing the dining car roof with the explosives, and halting the train before the bridge. Claude, present in the dining car, confronts Sebastian, offering an invitation to a costume ball at the Trancy estate to resolve Ciel's revenge.
