Sebastian advises Prince Soma and Agni to hide Ciel’s amnesia during the Trancy estate ball. Soma nearly reveals the truth, but Agni prevents suspicion. Ciel feels uneasy and warns Sebastian. A maid spills wine on Ciel, leading to a strange encounter where she licks his ear and steals his eye patch. Ciel chases her to the cellar, where he hallucinates memories of Sebastian’s past with the black tea box. The visions cause Ciel to vomit and flee to the woods. He realizes the maid is actually Alois. Alois, joined by Claude and the servant triplets, threatens to kill the guests if Ciel does not surrender. Ciel refuses, ordering Sebastian to protect him at all costs while Alois commands Claude to capture Ciel.
