LISTENERS

In a ruined future plagued by creatures called the Earless, a group of warriors known as Players operate mecha units called Equipment to combat them while gaining recognition and wealth. Echo, a young technology enthusiast, aspires to work with the Players but lives in a poor, wasteland area, resigned to building his own crude mecha. He meets a woman named μ, who has no memory and a mechanical port on her back, a mark of a Player. They quickly bond and decide to use their combined talents to fight against the Earless and improve their world.
