Ep. 15: Zenigata Vows to Catch Lupin Before Attending the European Police Convention

Zenigata receives an invitation to an international police convention in Europe, but his chief urges him to attend. He refuses to go because Lupin has announced plans to steal a gold bust within the next three days. Zenigata decides to catch Lupin before leaving for the convention. Lupin becomes aware of this determination and devises a plan to be intentionally captured by Zenigata.
