An individual impersonating Lupin causes significant damage and injuries by detonating bridges. Lupin and Jigen investigate and determine that the bomber intends to compel an armored car to follow a specific path. They locate the culprit, who coerces them into attempting to rob the vehicle. The antagonist threatens to kill a kidnapped girl named Lisa unless Lupin and Jigen comply with his demands and execute the heist.
