Ep. 17: Lupin challenges Wangtic to steal the Flowing Hair Dollar coin from her secure headquarters.
Aired on February 6, 2022

Linfeng Wang, former ICPO chief engineer obsessed with Lupin, created Wangtic and its L System to defeat him. She challenges Lupin to steal the Flowing Hair Dollar from her fortified base. Lupin agrees but must disable four power supplies simultaneously to bypass the security. While his crew struggles to synchronize their efforts, Wangtic broadcasts a catchy advertising jingle. On the heist night, Lupin uses cosplayers as distractions to reach the generators. When Wang blocks their communications, Lupin’s team uses the jingle’s rhythm to time their actions. They successfully cut the power at the same moment, allowing Lupin to take the coin. After complimenting Wang, Lupin escapes while an eager Zenigata pursues them.
