Baron von Vondervon organizes a competition for 17-year-old girls to honor his daughter Ivonna, who vanished at age 5, promising to treat the winner as his child. Mr. Freeloader recruits driver Lolly and attempts to disguise himself as a female participant. During the event, he identifies Ivonna among the racers and abducts her. Speed intervenes to rescue Ivonna, allowing both her and Trixie to complete the race, with Trixie finishing first and Ivonna second. The event concludes with the successful reunion of Ivonna and her father, Baron von Vondervon.
