Ep. 9: Reg Returns with Faputa's Arm and Uses Incinerator to Breach Village Barrier
Reg brings Faputa's severed arm to the village, revealing his promise to use his Incinerator to destroy the protective shield so she can enter. Upon reuniting with Riko, Wazukyan arrives to offer congratulations. Riko suspects that Wazukyan and the other villagers secretly wish to leave the village to explore the Abyss further, believing he is manipulating Riko to use a Cradle of Desire to grant this wish. Their discussion is interrupted when the village guardian, Juroimoh, awakens to seize the arm. Wazukyan kidnaps Vueko, forcing Reg to battle Juroimoh alone. Overwhelmed, Reg activates his Incinerator, which disables the guardian and creates an opening in the barrier. This allows Faputa to enter and attack the villagers. Meanwhile, Nanachi wakes up, and Belaf informs her of Faputa's arrival.
