Riko is halted from trading by Majikaja and Maaa while attempting to rescue Nanachi. A monster attacks the village during the Luring ritual, forcing residents to lure creatures inside since they cannot hunt outside. Riko recovers her White Whistle, which transforms into its true form, and traps the beast after Moogie warns her to stay away. The situation worsens as the monster injures Maaa. Encouraged by Prushka’s spirit, Riko blows the whistle to summon Reg, who powers up and defeats the creature. Wazukyan congratulates them and suggests trading a piece of Faputa for Nanachi’s freedom. Later, Moogie and Majikaja question Vueko’s presence, leading her to reveal she is one of the original Three Sages who founded Iruburu. She agrees to share the history of Faputa and the village, noting Wazukyan’s fear of Reg’s power.
