Ep. 17: Aska Attacks Fuu While Hikaru Battles Nova in Her Mind

Aska summons swords against Fuu, who uses magic to disarm her and questions her motives. Aska reveals her desire to become Pillar for power and beauty like Emeraude. Fuu explains the heavy duties and isolation of the role before Ferio rescues her. Meanwhile, Hikaru remains trapped mentally with Nova, who claims to love her due to Hikaru's self-hatred. Sierra encourages Hikaru, who recreates her sword to defeat Nova. Upon returning to Cephiro, Hikaru confesses to Lantis. Debonair appears, attacking Umi and Fuu with despair-fueled power. Ascot shields Umi, and Clef teleports the group to safety as Debonair vows eternal control over the land.
