Utena Hiiragi becomes an Enormita general under Venalita's blackmail

In a town guarded by the Tres Magia team of magical girls, Utena Hiiragi is approached by a mascot named Venalita. Instead of becoming a magical girl, Utena is transformed into a general of the evil organization Enormita. Blackmailed by Venalita, she is forced to fight Tres Magia. During the battle, Utena uses a whip to create a monster from a flower, putting the magical girls in a precarious position and awakening her inner sadist. The next day, Haruka Hanabishi, Sayo Minakami, and Kaoruko Tenkawa, the humans behind Tres Magia, suffer from the previous day's pain. Venalita arranges another confrontation, where Utena animates mannequins to torture the magical girls further.

Utena confronts explosive Leoparde at Nachtbase, leading to a date and magical battle with Tres Magia.

Venalita brings Utena to Enormita’s hideout, Nachtbase, to meet Kiwi Araga, known as Leoparde. Kiwi joined Enormita due to resentment toward Tres Magia’s popularity and annoyance that Utena spared them. She attacks Utena with explosives, but Utena uses a lightbulb to trap her with electrical shocks. This experience causes Kiwi to fall in love with Utena and transfer to her school. Later, Utena and Kiwi go on a date, which results in them transforming and attracting the attention of Tres Magia. During the ensuing conflict, Kiwi battles Magenta and Sulfur while Azure punishes Utena. When Kiwi’s magic runs out, Utena saves them by using a whip on an Azure figure she purchased to distract the magical girls, allowing the pair to escape.
