Nana provides Sarina with a magical artifact to succeed Rina as the next Magical Hunter. Yatsumura questions Aya about her bullying by Sarina and her friends, prompting Aya to explain that Sarina was angry because Aya’s shyness prevented her from thanking Sarina for help upon transferring. Yatsumura advises Aya to stop self-blaming. Meanwhile, Kaname expresses contempt for everyone except himself, citing his abusive father. Sarina returns to school seeking revenge.
