Ep. 4: Kimi and Chacha host a manga festival at Tenbi Academy while battling perverted attackers.
Takeru, Haruko, Inaho, Kengo, and Azuki find Kimi Satō and Chacha in the student council room. They learn that Tenbi Academy is hosting a manga festival for amateur works and cosplay. Kimi needs models for her manga, so the Maken-ki girls pose for her. Chacha creates the costumes and Kimi finishes the copies. At the festival, Kimi’s manga sells out and the girls dress up. Two male students disrupt the masquerade contest using Maken to animate manga characters and trap girls in ropes. The Maken-ki members defeat the animated figures and free the captives. Chacha and Kimi pursue the attackers and defeat them using their Maken, Compressor and Comic Star, which manipulate object density and bring drawings to life. The group decides to participate in the rescheduled event later that year.
