Minori resigns as principal of Tenbi Academy and appoints Kengo to gain favor with female students. Kengo enforces strict, perverted policies using male officers, altering syllabi and events while visiting classrooms taught by Tomika Amato and Minori. Takeru joins Kengo's squad, but the students eventually rebel against his abuse of authority. Kodama challenges Kengo to a strip rock paper scissors contest for the principal role, defeating him repeatedly. Upon losing the final match, Kengo removes his red underwear, horrifying the students. The narrative concludes with an elderly Kengo on his deathbed, experiencing a final vision of a devilish Kodama before passing away.
