Following a clash with guards, Chifusa absorbs multiple breasts, resulting in massive weight that restricts her movement. She and Kaede visit a temple where nun Jifuni suggests the condition stems from Chifusa’s subconscious desire for maternal comfort. To purify herself, Chifusa undertakes a training regimen to rebuild a rock formation resembling a nipple-like fountain. As she nears completion, Kagefusa arrives and steals the Manyu scroll, only to discover the Breast Flow technique is tied to Chifusa’s maternal bloodline and cannot be learned by her. Witnessing Kagefusa’s distress over her own small breasts, Chifusa offers her the chance to cut hers off. However, Kagefusa refuses, unable to harm her sister due to her unselfish nature and the aesthetic beauty of the breasts. Upon finishing the fountain, Kagefusa returns the scroll and departs, securing a promise from Chifusa to restore the breasts once she masters the technique.
