During the third round's first match on the volcano stage, Alan emerges from within Edward to face Rook Alibaba. The newcomer intentionally spars with Cross Guard's second-in-command to achieve promotion to the Knight class. Alan swiftly destroys Alibaba's Guardian Genie, the Lamp, demonstrating his superior power and humbling the arrogant rookie. After showing him his place, Alan casually throws Alibaba into the volcano as punishment for his disrespect. This encounter highlights Alan's overwhelming strength and his role in correcting the behavior of those who challenge his allies without proper regard for their status.
