Ep. 12: Shouma reveals past terrorist links as Kanba attempts futile pact with dying Himari

Kanba returns home to receive a call from Sanetoshi warning that Himari will die again. Shouma explains events from 16 years ago, revealing his and Kanba's parents were high-ranking members of a terrorist organization responsible for an incident that killed Momoka. Losing strength, Himari urges Shouma and Ringo to find the Penguin Drum and stop "them." After being transferred to a hospital, Kanba is summoned by Shouma to find Himari dead. He attempts to make a pact to give her his life, but she refuses, stating she must go to "The Destination of Fate." Just as she appears truly dead, Sanetoshi appears.
