Ringo tries to approach Tabuki but finds him absent due to a roof leak. The following day, Tabuki informs Shouma that he is moving in with Yuri, a revelation that disturbs Ringo. She subsequently learns that her father is involved with another family. Ignoring these developments, Ringo visits Tabuki’s new apartment while Yuri is away on tour. She uses a special cake to drug Tabuki and impersonates Yuri to initiate sexual contact. Shouma eventually regains consciousness and delays Ringo until Yuri returns. As Shouma attempts to prevent further actions, Ringo’s diary falls and is torn in half by a motorcyclist. Shocked, Ringo walks into traffic, prompting Shouma to push her to safety at the cost of being struck by the vehicle himself.
