Ep. 24: Shouma and Kanba sacrifice themselves to save Himari and Ringo from a terrorist attack.

Shouma attempts to stop Kanba without success as Ringo boards the train, having learned a secret spell from Himari’s friends to save Himari. Ringo intends to sacrifice herself, but Shouma takes the burden, declaring it a punishment for him and Kanba while confessing his love. Kanba then sacrifices himself to permanently resurrect Masako and Himari, stopping the terrorist attack. Himari and Ringo are found unconscious with no memory of the brothers or events. Masako also recovers, as does her brother Mario. Later, Himari visits Ringo and discovers a message from Kanba and Shouma stating they will always love her. She cries without understanding why as Shouma and Kanba, in children forms, walk past her house with four penguins discussing fate.
