Mebius Dust

Möbius meteorites struck Earth on February 29, 2000, scattering an unusual substance known as Möbius Dust. The material dissipates into the air and is capable of triggering miraculous phenomena. The date became known simply as 2.29, and Japan's economic divide widened sharply in the aftermath. Driven by frustration over the growing inequality, a faction resorts to terrorism. In response, the authorities form a dedicated counter-terrorism unit and a training school to prepare new recruits for it.
