Following a robbery arrest, Amy is struck by a speeding red car near a factory. The Junior Detective League pursues the vehicle to a police station, where Kenny Sheen surrenders. At the hospital, Amy discovers her badge is missing. Richard announces that Henry Issac was murdered in the factory. Saleswoman Dora Mae claims she was on calls. Clues suggest Kenny’s guilt, but Conan reveals the truth: Kenny intentionally hit Amy, swapped cars during the chase, and killed his incapacitated boss. He called Dora Mae to create a distraction. The missing badge is found wedged in the garage car’s bumper. Kenny admits his crimes and surrenders to the police.
