Conan observes a bank robbery involving one billion yen, leading police to a mask with lipstick identifying Masami Hirota as the suspect. Gin and Vodka kill the actual robbers and plant Hirota’s lipstick to frame her. Suspecting a trap, Conan warns Hirota, but she proceeds to a warehouse to meet Gin. Gin reveals Hirota’s true identity as Akemi Miyano and demands her sister’s release in exchange for the money. Gin murders Akemi and retrieves the coin locker keys. Conan arrives to find Akemi dying; she reveals the existence of the Black Organization before passing away. Conan vows to dismantle the syndicate after the police arrive.
