Eisuke rejoins his friends at school, where Ran and Sonoko take him to karaoke to celebrate his return. Conan observes a suspicious man following the group and assumes he is an FBI agent monitoring Eisuke. During the outing, Eisuke vanishes to the restroom for an unusually long period, returning with a terrified expression. Shortly thereafter, the strange man is discovered dead, having been beaten repeatedly in the head with a blunt object. Conan suspects Eisuke of the crime due to his erratic behavior. However, Eisuke clarifies that his shock stemmed from accidentally entering the wrong room and witnessing two men kissing. The second individual is revealed to be a masculine-looking female bodybuilder. Consequently, the police proceed to interrogate the four suspects, including Eisuke, regarding the murder.
