He details how Akai was shot in the head and burned with his car at Raiha Pass, but believes Akai switched his body with Kusuda's to remain alive. Amuro outlines this trick step by step while Jodie independently reaches the same conclusion. He reasons that Conan, not Akai, planned the body swap. Amuro then asks Okiya to remove his mask, asserting he is certain Okiya is Akai, though the outcome remains uncertain.
