Ep. 869: Conan Disappears Over a Cliff (Part One)

The story begins with the Zorro gang murdering three residents and burning their home. Professor Agasa and the Detective Boys visit a villa, where they discover Isehara Yuji unconscious and wounded by a crossbow. Conan retrieves a family photo for Isehara and spots a suspicious man in military boots. Ran and Kogoro learn of the nearby robbery and follow the children. Conan independently investigates, locating the bandits plotting to kill Isehara. He rescues the victim, and they flee into the woods while being pursued. The pair becomes trapped on a cliff edge. Haibara and the Detective Boys witness Isehara and Conan falling from the cliff during the chase. Ran and Kogoro later meet Agasa at the villa, who informs them of the incident.
