Following Kaito's discovery of Lucia's true identity, the Mermaid Princesses unite to finally summon Aqua Regina in order to defeat Gaito. During the final confrontation, Sara joins Gaito as they both perish. After the battle concludes, Kaito regains consciousness and embraces Lucia, marking a joyful reunion between the two characters. The narrative resolves with the successful defeat of the antagonist through the combined efforts of the mermaids and the emotional reconnection of the protagonists.
