Ep. 12: Minene holds Keigo's family hostage while Yuno detonates a flash bang to save Yuki.

Police surround the hospital as Minene holds Keigo's wife and son hostage to bargain with him. Keigo refuses to negotiate, believing he must win the survival game to save his family. Yuki is captured by police, but Yuno appears holding a grenade. Although Keigo agrees to release Yuki, Yuno detonates the device, which is actually a flash bang that knocks everyone unconscious. Minene sets a timed bomb and attempts to escape but encounters Nishijima. She reveals Keigo's deal and his framing of Yuki and Yuno, prompting them to return to the hospital. Yuki regains consciousness and aims at Keigo, who uses Yuno as a shield. Despite his diary predicting he will kill Yuno if he shoots, Yuki refuses to give up, proclaiming his love for her. The future changes, allowing Yuki a clean shot. Minene arrives with Nishijima, who arrests Keigo. Now a criminal, Keigo's Investigation diary stops predicting the future. After learning his family is safe, Keigo asks Minene to care for his son, apologizes to Yuki, and breaks his diary, removing himself from existence. Yuki and Yuno are exonerated due to files Keigo left behind, while Minene escapes. Days later, Aru sends Yuki a text warning about Yuno, but she intercepts and deletes it.
